My tracking link hasn’t updated in 48 hours, what do I do?
If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, there could be a delay or problem with the shipment itself. Please contact us here with any and all details about your order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders have fulfillment times and shipment times. Fulfillment timeline is 1-7 business days, while shipment times vary depending on location. View shipping estimates here.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders take 3-8 days to fulfill depending on when your order was placed. Keep in mind, shipping times are separate from fulfillment times. View shipping estimates here.
Where will my order ship from?
Domestic orders printed and shipped out from our fulfillment company in the US and EU. International orders may be printed in either the US or in one of their EU fulfillment centers.

Can I edit my order?
We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to edit or change your order before it ships. We usually can edit orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you need to edit a shipping address, billing address, product type, quantity, or color, please contact us as quickly as possible to potentially receive these updated.
How do I track my order?

My order is a gift, can you not include a receipt?
Our fulfillment team automatically includes a small receipt/packing slip in each merchandise order from GrabThatChance. Sadly, this is out of our control and is included on each and every order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the delivered date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs on the return or exchanged items unless the item is defective
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not facilitate exchanges, but we may offer for you to return your item in exchange for a credit to the store or a refund to the original payment method. Refer to our return policy and instructions there.
How do I return an item?
Returns may be mailed to our return shipping address. The return shipping address can be found on the original shipping label from the order. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs on the return or exchanged items unless the item is defective (wrong or damaged item received).
Please contact us before facilitating a return. We will mark your order for review and issue a refund once we receive the original merchandise and confirm that it is unworn and unwashed. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed credit that may be used on our store.
